Fitment
Every part is checked against your vehicle’s VIN before you pay. Send us the make, model, year, engine and part number (or a photo of the old part or its label) and we confirm the match first.
Condition & warranty
Used parts are sold as inspected and described in the listing, including anything that has not been tested or needs machining before fitting — we don’t hide this. New parts carry the manufacturer or supplier’s standard warranty terms, which we’ll confirm with you before you order.
Delivery
We courier nationwide across South Africa, or you’re welcome to collect in the Gqeberha area by arrangement. Dispatch timing is confirmed with you when you order, since some parts are sourced to order rather than held on the shelf.
If something’s wrong
If a part arrives damaged, doesn’t match what was agreed, or turns out not to fit despite the VIN check, contact us straight away on WhatsApp or email with your order details and, where possible, photos. We’ll work with you to sort out a repair, replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
